Dio Vista Homeowners Association was established in 2004 as an affordable housing development consisting of 112 free title stands. Situated in the hilly south western end of Nelspruit, this development offers excellent views over Nelspruit and the undeveloped bushveld towards Kaapsehoop. Management of the complex is done in the form of a Homeowners Association registered as a Non-Profit Company in terms of Section 1 of the Companies Act 71 of 2008, being the successor to the well-known Section 21 Company registered under the previous Companies Act of 1973. Management consist of a board of directors, a complex manager and personnel appointed to assist in the daily activities of upkeep. The main purpose of the Non-Profit Company is to carry on the business of a Homeowners Association, whereby titleholders form part of the members of the Association and are entitled to vote at annual general meetings, and decide on the appointment of directors each year.
